FEEDING HABITS Species feed primarily on crickets, mealworms, and superworms with a vitamin/calcium dusting on the food being provided 3-4 times each week. Regula feedings should occur every other day.
COMPATIBILITY Species tend to be very territorial and should be housed separately.
HABITAT Successful permanent maintanance over several generations requires a 60 gallon terrarium with a locking lid, plenty of climbing surfaces/branches, a large rock,sandy substrate (ESU Desert Blend bedding), and if possibile a rock or cork bark wall. You can use any artificial silk plant that provides a natural appearance. Fresh drinking water should be made avaliable daily as well as a suitable basking area that will reach temperatures of 90 to 95 degrees. Ultraviolet light with both UVA and UVB should also be provided for 8 to 10 hours per day.
